Returns

• You have the right to cancel your order and return the items within 14 days of receipt.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at premiumpullseu@gmail.com.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

 

Refunds

• Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• If the item is faulty or not as described, we will refund the full amount, including any delivery charges.

 

Exceptions

• Certain items, such as opened or used trading card accessories, may not be eligible for return or refund.
• We do not accept returns for items that have been personalised or customised to your specifications.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delivery TimesRoyal Mail 2nd Class Tracked typically delivers within 2-3 business days after dispatch. However, please allow extra time during busy periods or unforeseen postal delays.

EU orders ship from the UK using Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Customs fees or VAT may apply upon delivery depending on your country’s import rules.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.

Lost or Delayed ShipmentsIf your order has not arrived within 10 business days from dispatch, please contact us so we can assist in tracking your parcel.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
